Service Quality

We give you a Service Assurance. We aim to dispatch your order within our stated time. If we fail, we will add an extra £5 worth of currency to your order envelope.  If your holiday gets cancelled under certain events, we will refund your travel money order at the original purchase exchange rate.

• Branch- Non customers can visit any of our UK branches and order up to £2,500 and pay by Debit Card. If you are an ICICI Bank Account customer and would like to pay by debiting your account, you can visit any of our UK branches and order up to £2,500
